At the WSSDA Annual Conference, more than 1,000 Washington State Public School leaders will gather to share ideas and discuss strategies to improve public education in Washington. These key decision-makers have significant influence in our public schools. They oversee most major purchases, approve contracts, and select products and vendors. As an exhibitor, and especially as a conference sponsor, you can meet and build relationships with these key officials and demonstrate how your products provide solutions for their districts.

Exhibit Booth Pricing for 2013
- The Exhibitor package includes 6x10 booth space, registrations for two booth staffers, wireless Internet in the exhibit hall, skirted table, chair and wastebasket.
- Standard Booth: $750 by February 22, 2013; $850 if registered before September 1; after this date, the booth fee increases to $950
- Premium Booths: $1,000 by February 22, 2013; $1,250 if registered before September 1; after this date the booth fee increases to $1,500
Additional Marketing Opportunities - $2,500 (you may add any of these options to your booth)
- Break Co-sponsor - includes your company logo on e-signage at a refreshment break
- e-Signage Provider - six LCD screens with stands (minimum of 40" each) to display conference agenda and other conference information

Eligibility for Sponsorship
The WSSDA Annual Conference Planning Committee is committed to having only the highest quality companies as conference sponsors. As such, conference sponsors must be companies of reputable standing, who have conducted business within the State of Washington for at least one year and who can provide written recommendation from three Washington school districts. Applicants must be approved by the WSSDA Executive Director, who reserves the right to use discretion in granting affiliation.
If you are interested in becoming a conference sponsor, please note that you must be registered and paid by August 31, 2013.
