Payment options
You have several options to pay for conference registration: credit card, procurement card (VISA or MasterCard only), purchase order, or check.
Please add "WSSDA Annual Conference" as a new vendor in your system this year, using the mailing address listed below*. If your district requires a W-9 to process payment, please request a copy at wssda@kfevents.com. Send all payments to the address listed below.
Paying by check
We must receive your check before the conference. Please:
- Make your check or warrant payable to “WSSDA Annual Conference."
- Note the Invoice Number, Annual Conference 2013, and the names of all registrants.
- Include a copy of your registration confirmation.

Paying by purchase order
You must issue purchase orders within 30 days of registration.
Registration confirmation
We will send an email confirmation upon completion of online registration. This confirmation includes:
- A link to the hotel reservation form.
- A link to make registration changes, additions and substitutions.

Cancellation
For a full refund, less $125, email your cancellation request to wssda@kfevents.com or fax it to 206.529.4999 by October 15, 2013. The cancellation fee covers costs associated with administrative, housing, facility, and catering services. No refunds will be granted after October 15, 2013. No-shows will be charged the full amount. All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Special needs
If you have a disability or special need, please make arrangements to allow you to fully participate:
- Indicate your food allergies or dietary requirements on the registration form; or
- Contact the WSSDA Conference Manager at 360.320.6201 or email wssda@kfevents.com at least two weeks before the conference.
Additional information
- Consider providing registration information to your district secretary, so the entire board/superintendent team may register together.
- Spouses and guests may purchase tickets to attend meal functions by contacting the WSSDA Registrar. Remember, tickets for spouses and guests may not be paid with school district or other public funds.
