About the project
WSSDA is leading a statewide effort to develop a research-based set of superintendent leadership frameworks. It will include rubrics for evaluation and recommend procedures. Project leadership includes:
- Oversight by the WSSDA Board of Directors
- A steering committee comprised of representatives from WSSDA, WASA and other education stakeholders
Work teams are assembling to develop framework options and implementation tools.
Get Involved
There are opportunities for school directors and superintendents to serve on the steering committee and work teams. You can also participate as pilot districts.
