Featured Speakers and Special Presenters |
The WSSDA Annual Conference is
known for offering high quality speakers who inspire,
educate and entertain. Here's the lineup for 2008:
|
Mark Scharenbroich • Opening General
Session • Thursday, Nov. 20 •
12:00 Noon - 1:30 p.m. |
|
 |
Mark Scharenbroich's “Nice
Bike” principle connects management to front line,
team member to team member,
company to customer and educator to student. Mark
tells the story of "Nice Bike" (which involves
half-a-million Harley bikers, lots of black leather jackets,
one beige rental car, and the sincere acknowledgement of
what's really important) to bring home the value of
recognizing, validating and making connections that move
people. |
