About the Washington State School Directors' Association

By becoming a local school board member, you automatically become a member of the Washington State School Directors’ Association (WSSDA).

The mission of WSSDA is to provide leadership, advocacy and services to support public school directors’ efforts to improve student learning through quality governance of schools. To that end, WSSDA offers a number of programs and services, including:
