Finance Committee
This subcommittee of the WSSDA Board is composed of three to eight board members, one of whom shall be the president-elect, who will act as chair. The main duties of this committee are to:
- Review WSSDA’s monthly financial statements and report its findings to the board.
- Review and recommend action on both the preliminary budget and the final budget.
- Review and recommend action on transactions of $15,000 or more.
- Review and recommend WSSDA operating policies relating to WSSDA finances.
- Perform such other duties regarding WSSDA’s financial affairs as are prescribed by the Board of Directors.
