WSSDA is continually refining and developing new trainings for school directors. Those trainings, which are referred to as “learning experiences,” are part of a larger, detailed curriculum map.
OnBoard trainings are called learning experiences because of their format. Participants talk more than the instructor/facilitator. Participants might stand, walk, and definitely converse with multiple people during a single training, even when it’s virtual. More than a mere training, they are interactive experiences where learning occurs naturally. Below is every learning experience developed so far.
