Hailing from Crown Heights, Brooklyn, NY, Levon Williams relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2015 and began his education career as a founding teacher in Kent, WA. Over the past decade, Levon has dedicated himself to empowering students along the K-16 pipeline by leveraging his expertise in college access and education advocacy.
As an education consultant for a national nonprofit, he focused on closing equity gaps for students of color in Advanced Placement/International Baccalaureate programs with school districts nationwide. His work spans education nonprofit organizations and higher education, where he has championed transformative initiatives such as the design and implementation of the RISE (Race, Identity, and Social Engagement) Scholars program at the University of Washington Tacoma. Levon is particularly passionate about evaluating K-12 policies to ensure equity within school districts.
Levon holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on public policy and nonprofit administration. His passion lies in fostering systemic change through strategic investments in education policy and emphasizing equitable resource allocation for school districts across Washington state.
