Designed with feedback from school directors, Leadership Academy bundles professional learning opportunities into a predictable, annual schedule. With in-person (summer) and virtual (winter) offerings, this approach helps school boards effectively plan and budget their time for high-quality training experiences.
Three Trainings, Four Options
Board members can register for any of the three individual trainings or chose a fourth option: bundling all three for a 16% discount. The trainings are:

Satisfies State Training Requirements
The February 5 an 7 trainings count towards the state’s professional development requirement for school board members on educational equity. Our educational equity trainings will give directors the background knowledge necessary to support the delivery of programs and services that benefit every corner of their school districts.
Other Features
Each training costs $90 or $225 plus tax for all three. Refunds are possible up to 7 days in advance and Zoom links are provided after registering.
