The candidate filing window for WSSDA elected committees and one position on the State Board of Education is open from September 1-16, 2024.
Open positions include WSSDA’s Legislative, Nominating, Resolutions, and Interscholastic Activities Committees. WSSDA president-elect and vice president positions are also open. However, eligibility for vice president alternates annually between the eastern and western sides of the state. This year, candidates must come from the east side in WSSDA’s Director Areas 7-11. School directors will cast their votes October 1-16.
