Four officers and 12 director area representatives are elected to govern WSSDA. The board sets the operating policies, approves the annual budget, and evaluates the executive director. This group typically meets seven times per year either in-person, virtually, or in conjunction with WSSDA events.
Additional meetings may be called at the discretion of the president with most of those being held virtually. Service on the WSSDA Board of Directors is limited to two terms of three years each. See board agendas and minutes.
