Registration is Open

After completing the registration process, the link to reserve lodging will be provided in the registration confirmation email sent to the primary contact submitted with the registration.

Important: Registration must be completed in one session; an in-progress registration will not be saved to finish later.

To assist you, here is a visual registration guide to walk you through the process.

Step 1: Prepare Your Attendee List

Gather the following information for each attendee you are registering:

  • Full name
  • Email address (for accessing the conference app and to receive pertinent updates about the conference)
  • Role at district (school director, superintendent, etc.)

Step 2: Start the Group Registration

Click “Register” and enter the name of your school district/organization to begin.

Step 3: Set Up as the Primary Contact

  • Select the Registration Type: “I am starting a new group registration.”
  • Enter your contact information. You will serve as the Primary Contact for the group.
  • Continue through the form until you reach the Payment & Check-out page.

Step 4: Add Attendees to Your Group

  • On the Payment & Check-out page, select “Add another participant.”
  • Enter your Group Name and choose “I am adding an attendee to an existing group registration.”

Step 5: Repeat Step 4

Add each group member one at a time until all attendees are registered.

Note: If you are both the Primary Contact and an attendee, you must first create your Primary Contact profile and then add yourself as an attendee by following Step 4.

Sales Tax Exemption for 2026

Within 30 days of registering, you must fill out this exemption certificate and email it to d.lunghofer@wssda.org. Based on current guidance from the Department of Revenue, the exemption can be applied to purchases in June so long as the exemption certificate has been provided to WSSDA. If the certificate is not provided, or if the registration is later determined to be taxable, retail sales tax may be separately invoiced to the district.
