Before you Apply

Please review the exhibitor rules and regulations before you apply to be a sponsor or exhibitor. Once you have submitted your application we will review and notify you about your status and booth location. Applications will be processed on a weekly basis.

Sponsorships

Diamond Sponsor – General Session

$11,000 through April 30, $12,000 starting May 1
  • Includes (1) premium booth location in the Ballroom Foyer (Thursday/Friday)
  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the main landing page of the WSSDA Annual Conference website
  • (1) full-page ad in the printed conference program or WSSDA Direct newsletter if no printed program is offered in 2024
  • Logo included on attendee communication pieces starting in September 2024 (sponsorship must be paid for by this time)
  • Thanked from the podium in the general session
  • 3-minute pre-recorded marketing video to be played during general session
  • Thank you slide with company logo in general sessions
  • (4) company reps to attend President’s Reception/Dinner (date to be determined)
  • Identified as a conference sponsor in your booth space (custom sign)
  • Maximum of (4) company reps at your booth

Platinum Sponsor

$9,000 through April 30, $10,000 starting May 1
  • This sponsorship category includes two different opportunities to choose from
    • App Sponsor – Banner with company logo and thank you in the app, used by all conference participants.
    • Boards of the Year Sponsor – Thank you included in the press release announcing Boards of the Year (“Sponsored by…”) which goes to all WSSDA members and wider Washington State audience. Thank you from the podium (with PPT slide) during Boards of the Year presentation.
    • Pre-Conference Sponsor – Thank you slide to be shown in each pre-conference meeting room along with thank you in each room from the stage.
    • President’s Dinner Sponsor – 2-minute pre-recorded company video to be played during President’s Reception. Thank you sign with company logo at entry way to the President’s Reception.

$6,000 through April 30, $6,500 starting May 1
  • Includes (1) booth location in the Ballroom Foyer (Thursday/Friday)
  • Present a (60 minute) breakout session during the conference that meets WSSDA guidelines
  • Logo included in the “Know Before You Go” messaging to all attendees
  • Thank you slide with company logo in the general sessions
  • (1) ½ page ad in printed conference program or WSSDA Direct newsletter if no printed program is offered in 2024
  • Identified as a conference sponsor in your booth space (custom sign)
  • Maximum of (2) company reps at your booth
