This year’s conference will be held at a NEW location: the beautiful Hyatt Regency Seattle! We are excited to be in a new venue where every single attendee can eat, meet, and sleep under one roof! It will be the ultimate location for networking and convenience.

The group rate cut-off date is Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

Reservations

REGISTRATION FOR THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING A ROOM

As you complete the online registration, the link for booking a conference-rate room will appear in your confirmation email. All rooms must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking.

After the group rate cut-off date of Tuesday, October 28, reservations are on a space-available basis, and the special conference rate is at the discretion of the hotel.

*Please note that the Federal Government releases new per diem rates every September, effective October 1st of each year. As a result, the per diem rate will most likely adjust from what is currently advertised. If your district is pre-paying by check, please wait until after mid-September to send in payment. For additional information regarding the Federal Government Per Diem rates, please visit their official website. 

Payment

Paying by credit card

  • A School District Procurement ‘P’ Card or personal credit card is needed to book a room.
  • No payment will be charged, prior to your arrival, to the credit card used to make your reservation. However, if you are a “no-show,” or cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival, the card used to book the room will be charged one night’s stay.
  • If you are paying by credit card, but the cardholder will not be onsite for the conference, please fill out the credit card authorization form at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Paying by check

Your district may use a business check to prepay hotel rooms, up to 4 weeks prior to the conference—by Wednesday, October 22, 2025. The Hyatt can allocate monies from a single check to multiple reservations should your school district prefer to send in one check for several attendees.

Be sure to include the following information on all check payments:

  • Check payable to Hyatt Regency Seattle
  • Include note that your check is for the WSSDA 2025 Annual Conference
  • First & last name the reservation(s) are held under
  • Confirmation number(s)
  • Arrival and departure date(s)
  • School district, state agency or business name
