Become a Sponsor or Exhibitor for 2026

The 2026 WSSDA Annual Conference will take place November 19 – 21, 2026 at the Spokane Convention Center and Davenport Grand! Don’t miss the opportunity to get in front of this dynamic and diverse group of education stakeholders and elected officials from across the state.

Exhibitor show days will be on Thursday, November 19, and Friday, November 20, with set-up on Wednesday, November 18. Please email the Exhibit Hall Manager with any questions.

Before you Apply

Rules & Regulations

Please review the exhibitor rules and regulations before you apply to be a sponsor or exhibitor. Once you have submitted your application we will review and notify you about your status and booth location. Applications will be processed on a weekly basis.

Booth Map – NEW

This year, booths will be available at both the Spokane Convention Center and at the Davenport Grand. It is very important that you review the booth map prior to registering, paying particular attention to the two locations. Once you have reviewed the booth map and identified booths of interest, click the “Apply Now” button below.

Sponsorships

Diamond Sponsor

$11,000 through June 30; $12,000 starting July 1

  • Includes (1) premium booth location in the Ballroom Foyer (Thursday/Friday)
  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the main landing page of the WSSDA Annual Conference website
  • (1) full-page ad in the printed conference program
  • Logo included on attendee communication pieces starting in September 2026 (sponsorship must be paid for by this time)
  • Thanked from the podium in the general session
  • 2-minute pre-recorded marketing video to be played during general session
  • Thank you slide with company logo in general sessions
  • (4) company reps to attend President’s Reception/Dinner (Thursday, November 19)
  • Identified as a conference sponsor in your booth space (custom sign)

Platinum Sponsor

$8,500 through June 30; $9,000 starting July 1

  • Platinum sponsors may select one of four options for this sponsorship category:
    • President’s Reception – (2) tickets to President’s Reception, thank you slide to be shown during President’s Reception/Dinner and a thank you from the podium during the dinner presentation.
    • App Exclusive – Banner with company logo and thank you in the app, used by all conference participants.
    • Boards of the Year – Thank you included in the press release announcing Boards of the Year (“Sponsored by…”) which goes to all WSSDA members and wider Washington State audience. Thank you from the podium (with PPT slide) during Boards of the Year presentation.
    • Pre-Conference – Thank you slide to be shown in each pre-conference meeting room along with thank you in each room from the stage.

$6,000 through June 30; $6,500 starting July 1

  • Includes (1) premium booth location (Thursday/Friday)
  • Present a (60 minute) breakout session during the conference that meets WSSDA guidelines
  • Logo included in the “Know Before You Go” messaging to all attendees
  • Thank you slide with company logo in the general sessions
  • (1) ½ page ad in printed conference program
  • Identified as a conference sponsor in your booth space (custom sign)
  • Maximum of (2) company reps at your booth

Additional Company Representative Requests

New in 2026, we can now accommodate an additional booth representative for all standard booth locations. Cost is $1,000 per additional exhibit badge.
