Condition of Attendance

By attending WSSDA’s Annual Conference, all participants agree to comply with the following:

  1. WSSDA’s Annual Conference is a private event for registered conference attendees only. It is not open to the public.
  2. All conference attendees are expected to be civil, respectful, and to follow hotel and venue rules and instructions from their staff, WSSDA staff, or KF Events staff. Any abusive behavior or failure to follow instructions is cause for removal from conference facilities.
  3. Any recording or livestreaming of any Annual Conference session or portions of sessions by anyone other than WSSDA staff/contractors is strictly prohibited.
  4. When you attend this event, you are entering into an area where WSSDA staff and/or contractors may take photographs or audio and video recording. By accepting your registration for the event and entering the conference event area, you consent to WSSDA staff and/or contractors making such media and using the media in WSSDA publications.
  5. Pursuant to WAC 292-110-010, WSSDA is a state agency responsible for the proper use of state resources. Unauthorized distribution of materials that support, promote the interests of, or solicit for an outside organization or group by an attendee at any WSSDA-sponsored event or in any conference facility utilized by WSSDA for such events may result in revocation of the credentials that allow that individual to attend the event and/or barring of that individual’s attendance at future WSSDA-sponsored events.
  6. Health & Safety Regulations: To ensure the health and safety of our attendees, venue/vendor partners and WSSDA staff, attendees must follow all posted instructions while attending the 2023 WSSDA Annual Conference. We will follow any guidelines put forth by the Washington State Governor’s Office and local health authorities.
