2021 Workshops

If you have qualified as a candidate for the November 2021 General Election, you are invited to join one of four free virtual candidate workshops offered in August and September.

Current school directors and superintendents are also invited to attend. The workshops are identical and topics will include:

• Roles and responsibilities of school directors
• The importance of the board-superintendent team
• Meetings and the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA)
• Live Q&A

Workshops will be held on:

• Wed. August 25, 6-7:30 p.m.
• Thurs. August 26, 6-7:30 p.m.
• Tues. September 7, 12-1:30 p.m.
• Wed. September 8, 6-7:30 p.m.

Pre-registration for these workshops is required to receive the Zoom link.
