Equity: through the experiences of our students

Join us for a FREE, dynamic virtual event with students on:

You can expect a 90-minute interactive panel discussion with students focused on defining equity, building empathy, and creating action to help you make a more equitable environment in your school or district.

What the Students Will Talk About

The student panelists will respond to these questions:

  • How do you see equity being defined amongst your generation?
  • What positive equity moves have you experienced in your schools?
  • Regarding equity moves and initiatives, what experiences would you like to see prioritized?
  • What can adult school leaders to do make those experiences happen? Where do we start? What supports and resources are needed?
  • What is one thing you’d like to leave the group with?
  • Q & A from audience members.

Repeating Session

The event is offered twice to accommodate those who may be available at different times. Please chose the time slot that works best for you.
