Deadline to Change Your Annual Conference Registration is Oct. 15
The last day to switch your Annual Conference registration from in-person to virtual, or vice versa, is Friday, October 15.
A hybrid event means more options for you
Annual Conference attendees have the option of attending in-person at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue or virtually from anywhere. Either way you attend, you will have access to conference content for several months. This means access breakout sessions you may have missed or rewatching our inspiring keynote speakers.
How to change your registration
Changing your registration is simple. You can switch your in-person registration to a virtual one by contacting the WSSDA registrar. Please remember that the deadline to do so is Friday, October 15.

If you are currently planning to attend conference in person, please take a few minutes to review the Health and Safety Protocols webpage. Reviewing the protocols before arriving at the conference will ensure a smooth check-in experience on the day of the event.
If you prefer not to follow the listed protocols, WSSDA welcomes you to attend the conference virtually, which will be live-streamed and allow interaction among virtual attendees. Changing your registration is simple. Contact the WSSDA registrar to switch.
